Our Chill Bath Soak contains four ingredients: mineral-rich Epsom Salt, Himalayan Salt, Baking Soda, Sweet Almond Oil, and other Essential Oils—nothing else, because we believe Less Is More.
For best results, simply add 2 - 4 tbsp to your warm bath—this helps to activate the ingredients that moisturize and soothe dry itchy skin. For the best self-care experience, we recommend soaking in your warm bath for at least 10 minutes, however we do not recommend that you take longer than a 20-minute bath. After using our bath soak, due to the soothing properties, please lie down for at least 1 hour or be sure to enjoy your bath right before you are ready to rest for the night. Our bath soaks yields 2-4 baths.
Consider using our bath soaks on a weekly or bi-weekly basis as a health-promoting, self-care treatment to replenish and soothe skin, as well as detoxify the body, and relieve stress.
